CET offers tumbling classes for all levels from beginner to elite. John Cronin and his expert staff will guide athletes every step of the way to gain new skills and learn the correct technique.

Welcome to Flip Time! A class for our recreational beginners tumblers. This 1-hour class will teach foundational basics of tumbling and body awareness for athletes who are new to the sport. No experience required! Learn More
Athletes will focus on tumbling basics - handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, back-walkovers, and then begin working on back-handsprings.

Athletes will work on back tucks (from running and standing), punch fronts, and layouts. They will also continue to refine their basic skills.
Athletes will work on fulls, and perfecting their layouts
- Running and/or standing tuck
Athletes will focus on doubles and above
